At Lynn Marie Boutique, we are committed to not just providing exceptional service but also protecting our staff as well as our customers from acquiring COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus). We constantly adjust our policies to make sure that they meet and exceed the industry guidelines surrounding keeping everyone safe.
Safety & Hygiene Measures
Since the beginning of COVID-19 there has been a strong focus on hand hygiene and sanitation throughout the facility. Primarily through the use of alcohol gel or foam and warm water with each employee being required to wash their hands prior to accepting to fulfill and ship each order. Our staff is also required to wear facial mask, we have them handling only one order per person at a time.
Shipping and Delivery Delays
As of June 1, 2021, we have began shipping all orders via UPS which has resulted in a slight increase in shipping cost. Our staff works extremely hard to get each order completed within one day based on availability. Once an order is complete you will receive a notification for both shipping and delivery. When monitoring your shipping status, please accept we are using a third party so we cannot be responsible for any delays that UPS incurs.
Returns/Exchanges
At this time we are accepting returns/exchanges. In order to return your purchase the package should be unopened, and the original order slip should be included inside the package. For any exchanges please have items in sellable conditions and email our team the item that you would like to exchange for. You can email our team at info@lynnmarieboutique.com
Delivery Safety Measures
For our in-person order pick-up request that you have a face covering on at all times. Once your order is ready you will be given a time frame that is available to pick up. Please have your state issued ID and payment information ready.
